2. Availability & Uptime
We strive to keep Retro Computer & Video online and accessible at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error free service. Maintenance, updates, force majeure events or other disruptions may cause downtime. You use the site at your own risk.

3. Subscription Fees & Payments
Access to Retro Computer & Video is free for the standard features. However, if you desire an ad-free experience and access to the premiun features (such as identity verification with a blue tick badge) than a subscription fee is required. All subscription and feature payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your financial details on our site. We do not process or facilitate payments between users for trading activity; such transactions occur solely between users.

4. User Responsibilities in Trading
If you engage in peer-to-peer transactions via Retro Computer & Video, you alone are responsible for verifying the identity and trustworthiness of other users. We provide no guarantee—express or implied—regarding the authenticity, reputation, or reliability of any other user. We strongly recommend using payment methods that offer purchaser protection (e.g., PayPal Goods & Services) so you have recourse if an issue arises.

No Warranty: We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

6. Fraud, Scams & Bans
Any attempt to defraud, scam, steal, or otherwise commit unlawful or unethical acts on Retro Computer & Video will result in immediate, permanent banning of your account without notice. Banned users forfeit all subscription and feature fees paid; no refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.

7. Refund Policy
All subscription and feature fees are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds or partial credits will be issued for any reason.

8. Advertising
We may display advertisements, sponsored content, or affiliate links throughout Retro Computer & Video. You consent to the placement of such adverts, which help us fund and maintain the service. We do not endorse or guarantee the products or services promoted by third-party advertisers, nor are we responsible for any loss or damage arising from your interactions with them.
